Dongxing: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to terminate the investigation into the case of Zeda Yisheng in accordance with the law.

On the evening of April 18, Dongxing Securities (601198) announced that it has received the "Decision to Terminate Investigation" issued by the Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the Zeada Yisheng case, deciding to terminate the investigation into the aforementioned matter in accordance with the law. It is understood that last October, Dongxing Securities and relevant responsible personnel signed a commitment acknowledgment agreement with the Securities Regulatory Commission. With the parties fulfilling the commitments of paying the penalty and conducting self-inspection and rectification, the Securities Regulatory Commission decided to legally suspend its investigation into the parties.
