(601028.SH) announced that the company plans to voluntarily withdraw the A-share listing transaction on the Shanghai Stock Exchange by means of a shareholders' meeting resolution and apply for the stock to enter the delisting section of the National Small and Medium Enterprises Share Transfer System to continue trading. Trading of the company's shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on March 27, 2025, the next trading day after the shareholders' meeting's share registration date, until the Shanghai Stock Exchange announces its decision to terminate the listing of the company's shares. Investors can trade the Company's shares normally on March 25 and March 26, 2025. If the termination of the listing is not reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting, the company will apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to resume stock trading from the date the shareholders' meeting resolution is announced.
