Year-on-year, the decline in sales prices of Commodity Residences in various cities continued to narrow.
In February, the sales prices of newly built Commodities in first-tier cities rose by 0.1% month-on-month, the same increase as last month. Among them, Peking, Shanghai, and Shenzhen rose by 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.4% respectively, while Guangzhou decreased by 0.2%. The sales prices of second-hand Residences in first-tier cities changed from a 0.1% increase last month to a 0.1% decrease. Among them, Shenzhen increased by 0.3%, Peking remained unchanged, and Shanghai and Guangzhou decreased by 0.4% and 0.3% respectively. In February, the sales prices of newly built Commodities in second-tier cities changed from a 0.1% increase last month to remaining unchanged; the prices of second-hand Residences decreased by 0.4% month-on-month, the decline expanded by 0.1 percentage points from last month. In third-tier cities, sales prices of newly built Commodities decreased by 0.3% month-on-month, the decline expanded by 0.1 percentage points; the prices of second-hand Residences decreased by 0.4% month-on-month, the decline remained the same as last month.
In February, the sales price of newly built residential Commodities in first-tier cities decreased by 3.0% year-on-year, narrowing by 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, Shanghai increased by 5.6%, while Peking, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen decreased by 5.5%, 7.8%, and 4.4%, respectively. The sales price of second-hand residential properties in first-tier cities decreased by 4.9% year-on-year, narrowing by 0.7 percentage points, with Peking, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen decreasing by 2.9%, 2.1%, 9.4%, and 5.3%, respectively. In February, the sales prices of newly built residential Commodities and second-hand residential properties in second-tier cities decreased by 4.7% and 7.4% year-on-year, respectively, narrowing by 0.3 and 0.2 percentage points from the previous month. In third-tier cities, the sales prices of newly built residential Commodities and second-hand residential properties decreased by 5.9% and 8.0% year-on-year, narrowing by 0.1 and 0.2 percentage points, respectively.
