Heilongjiang Interchina Water Treatment announced that the company will sell 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongying Guozhong Eco-friendly Concept Technology Co., Ltd. to Dongying City Hekou District Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. for a price of 0.338 billion yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction nor a significant asset reorganization. In the first three quarters of 2024, Dongying Guozhong’s revenue accounted for 26.18% of the company, net income accounted for 146.11%, total assets accounted for 9.72%; for the year 2023, revenue accounted for 19.32%, net income accounted for 37.04%, total assets accounted for 8.94%. After the completion of this transaction, Dongying Eco-friendly Concept will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
