Subsequently, the defendant used Douyin accounts such as 'Dongpo Sister' and 'The Little Prince's Forty-Four Sunsets' to fabricate and publish multiple rumors targeting EAST BUY, claiming that 'EAST BUY charged high seven-figure promotional fees from the Guizhou government departments for cultural and tourism live broadcast activities' and falsely claimed evidence such as 'related communication original recordings,' misleading a large number of netizens. According to third-party Statistics, the fabricated rumor content had over 4.3 million views and attracted more than 8,000 likes.
