On February 4, the Ministry of Commerce issued the “Notice of the Working Mechanism on the List of Unreliable Entities on the List of Unreliable Entities on the List of Unreliable Entities”. In order to protect national sovereignty, security and development interests, according to relevant laws such as the “Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China”, “National Security Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China”, and according to the relevant provisions of the “Unreliable Entity List Provisions”, the Unreliable Entity List Working Mechanism decided to include the US PVH Group and Illumina, Inc. (Illumina, Inc.) in the list of unreliable entities. The two entities mentioned above violated the principle of normal market transactions, interrupted normal transactions with Chinese enterprises, adopted discriminatory measures against Chinese enterprises, and seriously harmed the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. The working mechanism for the list of unreliable entities will take corresponding measures against the above entities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The outstanding matters announced are implemented in accordance with the “Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities”. The announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
