Jefferies Financial released a report predicting a 10% year-on-year increase in GALAXY ENT's adjusted EBITDA for the last quarter to 3.099 billion Hong Kong dollars, a 5% quarter-on-quarter increase, and a 12% rise in revenue quarter-on-quarter. Gambling gross revenue is expected to rise 7% quarter-on-quarter to 10.9 billion Hong Kong dollars, outperforming the industry growth of 3%, benefiting from a rich array of events and concerts, including those by Andy Lau, Dao Lang, and the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE, along with the continuous expansion of GALAXY MACAU Phase 3 business, and the upgrade of the StarWorld Hotel which will feature the largest live table game terminals in Macau. The bank expects the market to focus on the progress of high-end gaming business for the full-year performance, as GALAXY Capella is set to open mid-year. The bank has lowered its forecast for last year's Net income for GALAXY ENT by 2.4%, which roughly aligns with the revised adjusted EBITDA forecast, and generally maintains its predictions for this year and next year, keeping the "Buy" investment rating for GALAXY ENT and a Target Price of 47 Hong Kong dollars.
