At the same time, Staidson will transfer its equity corresponding to 2.6667 million yuan of registered capital in Beijieter to Jinyi Yuanli Fund, with an equity transfer price of 66.6667 million yuan. After the capital increase and equity transfer are completed, Beijieter's registered capital will increase from 90 million yuan to 95.3333 million yuan, and Staidson's total shareholding in Beijieter will change from 100% to 91.6084%, remaining the controlling shareholder.
