Strictly enforce the admission of new Nonferrous Metals projects. Newly constructed and expanded electrolytic Aluminum projects must meet energy efficiency benchmark levels and achieve Class A Eco-friendly Concept performance. New and expanded Alumina projects must meet advanced values of mandatory energy consumption limit standards.
