Recently, the "Second National Nutrition Literacy Conference" was held in Peking. This conference was guided by the National Food and Nutrition Consultation Committee and the China Health Education Center, hosted by the China Health and Promotion Education Association, and organized by institutions such as the Nutrition Literacy Branch of the China Health Promotion and Education Association, with joint support from Mengniu Group. During the conference, the Nutrition Literacy Branch of the China Health Promotion and Education Association, in collaboration with Mengniu Group, released the "Core Information and Explanation of Milk Drinking Literacy," aiming to implement and transform the research findings and correct theoretical knowledge related to milk drinking and health into popular science knowledge suitable for residents, thus enhancing their milk drinking literacy. As the "national team" of China's Dairy industry, Mengniu plays the role of disseminator of nutritional and health scientific knowledge, promoting the release of the "Core Information and Explanation of Milk Drinking Literacy," helping consumers better understand the relationship between milk drinking and health, master scientific milk drinking methods, and strengthen the significant importance of dairy intake, aiding in the enhancement of the nation’s nutritional literacy.
