Wiscom System announced that the company signed an equity transfer agreement with NanJing Public Utilities Development to transfer its 49% equity of Energy Network Technology at a price of 26.4076 million yuan to NanJing Public Utilities Development. After the trade is completed, Wiscom System will no longer hold any equity in Energy Network Technology. Energy Network Technology mainly engages in new energy investment, construction, and operation business. This transaction will increase Wiscom System's cash inflow by 30.3276 million yuan, which is expected to have no significant impact on the company’s profits.
