On December 16, the third Shanghai International Online Literature Week released the "2024 China Online Literature Going Global Trend Report". The report shows that in 2023, the overseas market revenue of China's online literature industry reached 4.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.06%. As of the end of November 2024, CHINA LIT's Qidian International (WebNovel) has launched approximately 6,000 translated works of Chinese online literature. This year, more than 2,000 new AI translated works have been added for overseas, a year-on-year increase of 20 times, with nearly 0.3 billion cumulative overseas visiting users.
