Among them, the company plans to increase capital by 0.95 billion yen, equivalent to approximately 44.8068 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Huafeng Fuel's registered capital will increase from 4.5 billion yen to 6.4 billion yen, equivalent to approximately 0.302 billion yuan, and the company will maintain a 50% shareholding in Huafeng Fuel, continuing to jointly control the joint venture with Toyota Motor.
