Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical announced that the company is increasing capital of 0.7 billion yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Liaoning Youchuang Plant Protection Co., Ltd. Before the increase, Liaoning Youchuang had a registered capital of 0.3 billion yuan, which will rise to 1 billion yuan after the increase. This capital increase is conducive to optimizing Liaoning Youchuang's capital structure, enhancing financial strength, ensuring smooth progress of Engineering & Construction projects, and aligns with the company's Global Strategy and long-term interests. After the increase, Liaoning Youchuang will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and there will be no changes in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
