The first emergency meeting is scheduled to be held at 15:00 local time on the 15th. After this meeting, Choi Sang-mok will preside over an emergency meeting on macroeconomic and financial issues, attended by the President of the Bank of Korea, the Chairman of the Financial Commission, and the Director of the Financial Supervisory Service. According to South Korean media, the attending officials will assess the fluctuations in the financial and Forex markets and discuss response plans.
