Among them, an application is made to China Resources Bank for a credit limit not exceeding 50 million yuan. This credit limit includes new credit and the extension of existing credit, primarily for the company's and its subsidiaries' operational development needs. This related party transaction has been approved by the company's board of directors, and there are no objections from independent directors and the sponsoring institutions.
