Morgan Stanley analyst raised the price forecast for Brent crude oil in the third and fourth quarters of 2025 from $68 and $66 per barrel to $70 each. The delay in OPEC+ production increase plans means a reduction of about 0.8 million barrels per day in the production quota for 2025 and a reduction of 1.3 million barrels per day in the fourth quarter of next year. In addition, with the improvement in compliance and a slight decrease in Iranian production, the estimated global crude oil supply surplus for next year is expected to be 0.3 million barrels per day, compared to the previous forecast of 0.7 million barrels per day.
