Xinjiang Tianfu Energy announcement: The company has received a notification from the controlling shareholder, China Xinjiang Power Group Co., Ltd., forwarded by the Corps Development and Reform Commission, to optimize and adjust the originally approved coal-fired power projects in the Seventh City and Eighth Division of the Corps in response to the national dual-carbon development goals. The work related to the construction of the 6×0.66 million kilowatt coal-fired power generation projects for new energy is temporarily postponed. It will be initiated again once the site selection and power grid access plan for the coal-fired power projects are confirmed. The construction site for the new 4×0.66 million kilowatt coal-fired power projects has not been determined yet, and the respective new energy projects are still in the early planning stage. The company will timely fulfill its disclosure obligations based on the progress of the site selection work for optimizing and adjusting the coal-fired power projects.
