The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has seen its crude oil production increase for the second consecutive month, as Libya continues to recover from political turmoil that led to the closure of its largest oil field. A Bloomberg survey shows OPEC's average output in November was 27.02 million barrels per day, up by 0.12 million barrels per day from the previous month. Libya, which resumed production after the political crisis was resolved, accounts for most of the increase.
