Baiyang Pharmaceutical (301015.SZ) announced that in order to further deepen cooperation, promote resource integration and coordinated development, the company has signed an investment agreement with ZAP Medical System, Ltd., a global leading radiotherapy surgical robot enterprise, to participate in the subscription of its issued E Series preferred stock. At the same time, Baiyang Pharmaceutical and ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'ZAP') intend to sign a commercialization agreement to undertake the exclusive commercial operation rights of ZAP's core product ZAP-X Mars ship radiotherapy surgical robot for head and neck treatment system, and related accessories in mainland China and the Hong Kong-Macao region.
