Shanghai Ailu announced that the company has completed an 80 million yuan capital injection into its wholly-owned subsidiary Aichuang Packaging, and the remaining 40 million yuan capital injection is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. After the capital injection is completed, Aichuang Packaging's registered capital will increase to 0.42 billion yuan, with the company still holding 100% equity. In addition, Aichuang Packaging is the main entity for the implementation of new factory and fundraising projects, with a total investment of 1.367 billion yuan. As of the announcement date, the main building of the new factory has been basically completed and partially accepted. The first bag production line has been put into operation, and the remaining production lines are expected to be put into operation in batches starting from the fourth quarter of 2024. The new factory is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2.302 billion yuan.
