Jingyu Jiaye successfully bid for the state-owned construction land use rights of Class R2 residential land in Area 3 of Fengtai Park East, Zhongguancun Technology Park, Fengtai District, Beijing, under an open bidding process. The total land area is 21,607.59 square meters, with an above-ground construction area of 54,019 square meters. The total transaction price is 2.7 billion yuan, and the land is designated for residential use. Currently, Jingyu Jiaye holds 100% equity in this project.
