Huihong Technology is the first and only enterprise in the country to produce polyolefin resins and monomers for application in the field of electronic materials, solving the bottleneck problem of special resins and monomers used in 5G communication, breaking the foreign monopoly on the material, and filling the domestic gap. Huihong Technology has now completed the construction of a production line with an annual output of 50 tons of EX electronic materials, and another production line with an annual output of hundreds of tons is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of the year, with products in short supply. EX electronic materials are a new generation of high transmission rate electronic materials, with faster data transmission speed, lower signal loss, mainly used in big data processing centers, AI servers/phones/PCs, semiconductor chip packaging, cloud computing, 5G and 6G communication equipment, self-driving cars, drones, and other electronic circuit materials.
