Bank of Hangzhou announced on the evening of October 21st that the 11th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of the company deliberated and passed a resolution to appoint Wang Xiaoli as the director of business and the secretary of the board of directors, with a term until the expiration of the 8th board of directors. Wang Xiaoli's qualifications for the position are still pending approval by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. The meeting also deliberated and approved the company's 2024 interim profit distribution plan, based on the total common stock capital as the base for the equity distribution registration date, distributing a cash dividend of 3.7 RMB (including tax) per 10 shares to all registered ordinary shareholders. Calculated based on a total common stock capital of 5.93 billion shares as of June 30, 2024, a total of approximately 2.194 billion RMB in cash dividends (including tax) is planned to be distributed.
