Henan Zhongfu Industrial announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 1253.9448 million yuan to acquire 24% equity of Zhongfu Aluminum held by the controlling shareholder Yulian Group. After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 100% of Zhongfu Aluminum's equity. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The company stated that this acquisition can further enhance the company's electrolytic aluminum and 'green hydropower aluminum' equity production capacity, which is in line with the company's 'greenization' development direction, and is conducive to enhancing the company's profitability and sustainable development capabilities. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval.
