After the completion of this transaction, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, but constitutes a major asset restructuring, which still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholder meeting for approval. The transaction price is 285 million RMB.
