Due to Chengdu Bamo Technology's plan to slow down the construction of its fourth-phase cathode material project, the two parties have decided to extend the performance of the original contract. The extension period extends until August 31, 2025. If the project is still not constructed by then or the two parties do not reach consensus on the revision of the original contract, the contract will be automatically extended for another year, and so on. During the extension period, both parties suspend the fulfillment of all rights and obligations under the original contract, and Chengdu Bamo Technology agrees to pay Jintang Qiaoyuan a comprehensive management technology service fee of 1.5 million yuan per month.
