The administrator of Guangzhou Automobile Group Fiat Chrysler released an announcement stating that the Changsha factory has completed the third round of public auction, but no one has bid for the core assets such as the Changsha factory and its affiliated buildings, machinery, and equipment, resulting in another failure to sell. The starting price of the third round of auction was 80%(approximately 1.225 billion yuan) of the previous unsuccessful bid price. Compared to the starting price of the second auction, it was reduced by 0.307 billion yuan, and compared to the starting price of the first auction, it was reduced by 0.69 billion yuan. It is not yet clear how Guangzhou Automobile Group Fiat Chrysler will dispose of the Changsha factory in the future.
