Delixi New Energy Technology announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 0.152 billion yuan to purchase a total of 51% equity of Anhui Hamps through the acquisition of equity held by the trading counterparty. Before this transaction, the company did not hold any shares of Anhui Hamps. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 51% equity of Anhui Hamps and become its controlling shareholder. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring.
