The average reduction is 0.73 percentage points, and the weighted average interest rate after the reduction is 4.27%. According to the calculation, the space for this round of interest rate reduction for existing housing loans is about 50 basis points, with an impact of -5.6 basis points on interest spread, -3.1 percentage points on revenue, and -7 percentage points on pre-tax profit for listed banks in 2025.
