The company appointed You Jianyi as the general manager, Fan Jianhai as the deputy general manager, Chen Danping as the chief financial officer, and Wu Pingyan as the secretary of the board of directors. The term of office for the above senior management personnel is the same as that of the third board of directors, starting from September 2, 2024, for three years.
