The Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to adjust the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Exchange transaction information disclosure mechanism starting August 19. After the adjustment, the contents of the disclosure of transaction information related to Shenzhen Stock Connect and Hong Kong Stock Connect are implemented in accordance with the following regulations: after each Shenzhen Stock Connect trading day closes, the list of the top ten securities with total transactions, total ETF transaction amount, transaction amount, and the total transaction amount, and the summary of the above data is published on a monthly and annual basis. On the fifth trading day of each quarter, Shenzhen Stock Connect announces the total number of shares held by Shenzhen Stock Connect investors at the end of the previous quarter. During the trading period, when the current quota balance of Hong Kong Stock Connect is greater than or equal to 30%, it shows “sufficient quota”; when the daily quota balance is less than 30%, the quota balance is announced in real time. After the closing of each Hong Kong Stock Connect trading day, the amount and number of Hong Kong Stock Connect purchase transactions, the total amount and number of transactions, the total amount and total number of transactions, the total amount of ETF transactions, the total transaction amount, the list of the top ten securities with transaction amount, sale transaction amount and total transaction amount for that day is announced, and the summary of the above data is published on a monthly and annual basis. Hong Kong Stock Connect investors announce the total number of shares held by Hong Kong Stock Connect investors after the market closes on each Hong Kong Stock Connect trading day.
