Mexico City, July 17 (Reuters) - Mexican Telecommunications Giant America Movil's Amxb.mx Chilean Venture Clarovtr Will Be Fully Capitalized by the End of the Year, America Movil CFO Carlos Garcia Moreno Said in an Earnings Call on Wednesday.
