Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart previously stated that he and his colleagues believe that with the improvement of the application process, spot Ethereum ETFs may be launched around July 15th. However, he now says he has "insufficient confidence" in launching an Ethereum ETF at this point, and adds that there is currently no official approval timetable with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's corporate finance department currently spending time approving each fund. On the other hand, another Bloomberg ETF analyst, Eric Balchunas, believes that all signs indicate that "this month will still launch an Ethereum ETF", for example, Bitwise has been able to modify its application earlier than expected on July 8th deadline compared to it and other applicants.
