Recently, the first domestically produced LNG submerged combustion gasifier, jointly developed by members of China Petroleum Engineering Corporation and its affiliated engineering and construction company Southwest Branch, has been successfully put into operation at the Henan Huanggang liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Hubei province. Currently, the burner is burning fully, the water temperature inside the gasifier is stable, the thermal efficiency is over 97%, the smoke indicators meet the requirements, and the equipment is running well, providing strong support for China's LNG reserve regulation projects.
