Luohu District's special investment promotion policies have been optimized and upgraded in seven aspects. In terms of attracting big enterprises, newly introduced headquarters enterprises can enjoy support of up to 100 million yuan for three years and a one-time management team award; the limit of support for financial institutions settling down is up to 50 million yuan; high subsidies for buying or renting houses are available, up to 100 million yuan; key enterprises can receive support for starting and renovating, among which one-time support for renovation is not more than 5 million yuan; in terms of capital attraction, investment institutions recommending major projects can receive rewards, and foreign enterprise projects to capital can enjoy up to 10 million yuan in rewards; in terms of policy innovation, encourage the introduction of industry chains and ecological industries, and give support of up to 100 million yuan to clusters reaching a certain scale.
