On June 17th, Henan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau announced that recently, the bureau, together with the Provincial Public Security Department, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Postal Administration, held an administrative guidance and warning meeting for platform enterprises and instant delivery companies, and conducted administrative guidance and warning interviews with 13 platform enterprises and instant delivery companies, including JD.com, Taotian, Pinduoduo, TikTok, Meituan, Ele.me, Hema, UU Run, Dada Express, FlashEx, SF Same-city, JD Logistics, and Zhonglian Instant Delivery. The meeting listened to the progress of the compliance management, standardization of centralized promotion activities, and electric bicycle safety hazard governance of each platform enterprise and instant delivery company, and emphasized the relevant responsibilities and obligations of platform enterprises and instant delivery companies. The meeting pointed out that comprehensive e-commerce, live broadcast e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce and other platform enterprises operating in our province should strictly implement their main responsibilities, carefully fulfill obligations such as review and verification, effectively strengthen the review of advertising content, strictly regulate promotion and live marketing behaviors, and resolutely prevent the operation of counterfeit and shoddy goods, the sale of illegal and prohibited goods, and other unfair competition behaviors.
