On the evening of June 7th, Yihuatong announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company had received a notice from its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants, that Deloitte has been suspended from engaging in securities services unrelated to the company from May 10, 2024, by Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for a period of six months. In view of prudence, after consultation with Deloitte, Deloitte will resign as the company's auditor and take effect from the end of the company's annual shareholder meeting. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has recommended the appointment of RSM China Certified Public Accountants LLP as the company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2024, for a term from the date of approval by the shareholders at the annual shareholder meeting until the end of the next annual shareholder meeting.
