Due to upstream cost increases, labor shortages, geopolitical factors, and other factors, the global aviation supply chain is undergoing reform. China International Capital Corporation believes that domestic aviation supporting enterprises have obvious advantages in terms of cost and supply chain stability, and are expected to gain more market share against the background of demand recovery and pattern reshaping. Domestic enterprises in the mid-to-upstream links are expected to increase their share, and the export of complete aircraft opens up greater market space. 1) Domestic enterprises have developed relatively maturely in the fields of titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, forgings, blades, structural components/parts, and some manufacturers have formed a certain scale of overseas markets by relying on technology and qualification accumulation, and are expected to seize this opportunity to continue to increase their overseas market share; 2) According to Boeing and Airbus forecasts, the commercial aviation market space from 2023 to 2042 is expected to reach 560 million to 690 million US dollars globally, with Boeing and Airbus occupying the main share. With the gradual maturity of the domestically produced C919, China is expected to move from supporting exports to complete aircraft exports, thus opening up greater growth space.
