高盛预计OPEC+将在较长时间内减少供应

Goldman Sachs expects OPEC+ to reduce supply over a longer period of time

Breakings ·  May 9 10:21
Goldman Sachs expects OPEC+ to extend production reduction measures at the June 1 meeting. Goldman Sachs dropped expectations that OPEC+ would announce partial cancellation of voluntary production cuts. Analysts such as Daan Struyven said in a May 8 report that the bank currently expects OPEC+ production cuts to continue for a longer period of time. The reason is that an unexpected increase in global inventories and extended production cuts will support Saudi Arabia to obtain short-term profits in an environment of rising interest rates. Saudi supply is currently expected to remain flat at 9 million b/d in July, compared with the previous forecast of 9.2 million b/d.
