The cooperation between Xiamen Guomao Group Co., Ltd. (“Guomao Shares”) and Xuyang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xuyang Group”) has ushered in a comprehensive upgrade. On April 13, Guomao Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xuyang Group. The two sides will deepen cooperation, jointly expand the entire coal coking materials industry chain, and explore a new cooperation model of “traditional business+digital management”. According to the framework agreement, the two sides will further deepen cooperation, work together to extend upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, jointly obtain upstream resources, carry out downstream project cooperation to open up the entire coal coking materials industry chain; continue to explore cooperation opportunities in production, trade, investment and financing, logistics and new energy industries; and actively cooperate in digital transformation to build an industry-leading digital supply chain full-process management and control system.
