On April 10, Hainan Airlines, a subsidiary of Liaoning Fangda Group, held talks with CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CITIC Financial Leasing) in Haikou and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Based on the agreement, Hainan Airlines, Capital Airlines, Xiangpeng Airlines, Western Airlines, and Jinpeng Airlines under HNA have successively carried out business cooperation with CITIC Financial Leasing, such as aircraft financial leasing, direct engine leasing, and asset package transactions, to steadily advance the implementation of strategic cooperation agreements. In the next step, the two sides will give full play to their respective resource advantages in aviation and finance, further explore business cooperation opportunities in the aviation field, jointly expand domestic and foreign aviation markets, work together to establish a long-term working mechanism to ensure that the two sides always maintain a positive and effective communication and sharing mechanism for mutual trust, and implement the agreement on this strategic cooperation agreement.
