For the renewal and installation of residential elevators, guide local authorities to explore the establishment of a reasonable funding sharing mechanism; for public welfare and quasi-public municipal infrastructure equipment upgrades, work with relevant departments to study ways to raise a wide range of funds by increasing government investment and expanding investment and financing channels according to law and regulations.
