The General Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government recently issued a document introducing and implementing an action plan for convenient overcharging of new energy vehicles. It is proposed that by 2025, Chongqing will build more than 2,000 supercharging stations and more than 4,000 supercharging piles. The purpose of this move is to build a high-quality charging infrastructure system with overcharging as the main body, integrating and interacting with new energy vehicles and power grids, to help build an intelligent connected NEV industry cluster in Chongqing, and promote a comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
