For the year ended December 31, 2023, Zhongan achieved a total financial insurance premium of RMB 29.501 billion, an increase of 24.7% over the previous year. According to the original insurance premium income, Zhongan steadily ranked 9th in China's financial insurance industry in 2023. It was the fastest growing company among the top ten financial insurance companies in China, and steadily ranked first in the market share on the Internet financial insurance circuit. Since January 2023, the Group has adopted the new accounting standard for insurance contracts, HKFRS 17. Under the new standard, financial insurance service revenue was RMB 27.521 billion, an increase of 24.2% over the previous year.
