Shanghai Zendai announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 27 that the Group recorded a turnover of approximately HK$380 million in 2023, a decrease of HK$16.521 million compared with the turnover of approximately HK$397 million recorded in 2022. The Group's property development projects are still mainly in the planning stage. During the period, the Group's revenue mainly comes from property leasing and management services and hotel operations. The profit attributable to the company's shareholders was approximately HK$89.504 million in 2023, while in 2022, the profit attributable to shareholders was approximately HK$2,884 million. The basic profit per share of the company's shares during the year was HK 0.60 cents (basic profit per share in 2022: HK19.38 cents). The Group recorded a decrease in profit in 2023 due to the confirmation in 2022 of the one-time income of the subsidiary before disposal, but no relevant one-time income was confirmed during the reporting period.
