Jiangnan Puyi has jointly completed the acquisition of the pioneering British contemporary furniture design brand Established & Sons (E&S) with the Global Contemporary Art and Design Brand Management Agency (GDD), and jointly holds most of the latter's shares. GDD said that the two sides will jointly introduce excellent resources for brand development, accelerate the brand's provision of more excellent products and services to the global design market, and promote brand business development into a new stage. In addition to clothing brands, Gangnam Puyi also owns the home furnishing brand JNBYHOME. The brand was founded in 2016. The product line mainly focuses on household items, and has not yet covered the furniture category.
