The total transportation turnover completed by the entire industry was 7.93 billion tons/kilometers, up 28.6% from the previous year and 12.7 percentage points higher than January. In February, the civil aviation industry carried out 350,000 flights and carried 861,000 hours of transport flights. The monthly size of the civil aviation passenger transport market exceeded “40 million”, and the total number of passengers carried by the entire industry was 43.20 million, an increase of 38.0% over the previous year, an increase of 5.7 percentage points over January. In terms of civil aviation cargo, from January to February, the entire industry completed a total of 942,000 tons of cargo and mail transportation, a year-on-year decrease of 13.2%. The transportation scale is equivalent to 89.9% in the same period in 2019. Among them, the cargo volume on domestic routes was 82.4% before the epidemic; the cargo volume on international routes was 106.3% before the epidemic.
