今日,中国银保监会消费者权益保护局通报2022年第四季度银行业消费投诉情况。银行业消费投诉中,涉及个人贷款业务投诉28545件,占银行业投诉总量的41.0%。国有大型商业银行个人贷款业务投诉量的中位数为1514.5件。其中,中国银行3520件,占中国银行投诉总量的69.2%。(金融一线)
