3月21日,中国银保监会消费者权益保护局发布2022年第四季度银行业保险业消费投诉情况通报。通报显示,中国银保监会及其派出机构2022年第四季度共接收并转送银行业消费投诉69555件。其中,涉及国有大型商业银行21559件,占投诉总量的31.0%;股份制商业银行26247件,占比37.7%;外资法人银行341件,占比0.5%;城市商业银行(含民营银行)11202件,占比16.1%;农村中小金融机构3872件,占比5.6%;其他银行业金融机构6334件,占比9.1%。
